Definition of hearing disability

Hearing disability level 4:

II. Benefits enjoyed

1. In national scenic spots, hearing disabled people with disability certificates can enjoy free or certain discounts.

2. Hearing disabled people with disability certificates can take public transport and subway free of charge, with specific reference to the implementation standards of local and municipal governments.

3. At present, all provinces and cities have issued the notice on doing a good job in the life and medical assistance for the severely disabled, the notice on adjusting the scope and standard of the assistance for the severely disabled, and the notice on raising the standard for the assistance for the severely disabled and increasing the municipal financial subsidies. Do I need a disability certificate?
