If the other party can’t hear too much, then you can increase the volume at this time.

In the process of communication, if you talk twice and the other person still doesn’t understand, you can try another way of expression. Some patients with hearing loss may not understand some words or words, and you may be able to understand them by changing your meaning.

Speaking speed is very important. Please speak Mandarin. Many times, don’t say those deaf people with hearing loss, even if they have normal hearing, when they listen to others, they speak a non-standard Mandarin, plus the speed comparable to that of Huashao.
