Principles of treatment

1) drugs: if otitis media, most of them can be improved by drugs.

2) operation: for patients with long-term and recurrent otitis media, a middle ear airway may be considered. The congenital malformation of the external auditory canal can also be improved by operation. In addition, tympanoplasty and tympanoplasty are commonly used.

3) hearing aids: most patients with sensorineural hearing impairment can get help by installing hearing aids.
